l\u00edquids, entre d&#039;altres.<\/p><p>I com a preparaci\u00f3 al part, treballarem amb postures que et poden ajudar en aquest moment, aix\u00ed com respiracions, sons, visualitzacions i trucs Aix\u00ed, connectarem amb nosaltres i amb el nad\u00f3 i acabarem de deixar el m\u00f3n de fora darrera els finestrals de Mamayoga.<\/p><p>Les nostres classes es caracteritzen pel dinamisme; aix\u00ed que mour\u00e0s la teva columna, posar\u00e0s fortes les teves cames i natges, allargar\u00e0s lumbars, cuidar\u00e0s del nervi ci\u00e0tic, activar\u00e0s la circulaci\u00f3 de tot el cos, obrir\u00e0s la teva pelvis, preparant-la per al part, i un llarg etc\u00e8tera. Sempre recordant-te que t&#039;escoltis, que tu saps fins on i que deixis l&#039;autoexig\u00e8ncia fora, les postures no han d&#039;estar \u201cperfectes\u201d, t&#039;han d&#039;asseure b\u00e9. A tots els moviments o postures tindrem molt en compte el nad\u00f3, que habita en tu i que tamb\u00e9 gaudeix de la sessi\u00f3.<\/p><p>A cada classe de ioga per a embarassades treballarem molt la respiraci\u00f3, aix\u00ed com la consci\u00e8ncia del s\u00f2l pelvi\u00e0. Depenent de l&#039;objectiu d&#039;aquesta sessi\u00f3 farem servir pilotes o fisiobalons, ballarem, farem respiracions o postures per al part.<\/p><p>Despr\u00e9s de l&#039;acci\u00f3 ve el descans, aix\u00ed que ens tombarem sobre el costat esquerre amb coixins de lact\u00e0ncia perqu\u00e8 estiguis m\u00e9s c\u00f2moda i gaudirem uns minuts de la relaxaci\u00f3. Ara vindr\u00e0 la meditaci\u00f3, cantant un mantra o en silenci. Com sempre diem, les embarassades esteu m\u00e9s intu\u00eftives que en qualsevol altre moment de la vida, de manera que \u00e9s vital tenir moments d&#039;escolta interna.
