finestrals de Mamayoga. Tamb\u00e9 ens recordarem a nosaltres mateixes que el nad\u00f3 estar\u00e0 com hagi de ser, que no li exigirem (encara que sigui sense paraules) que estigui en silenci.\u00a0<\/p><p>Al nostre espai els nadons no molesten, es poden expressar amb naturalitat i sense judicis. Nosaltres com a mares els atendrem, donant-los pit o biber\u00f3 quan ho necessitin, bressolant-los, dient-los cosetes. No tenim l&#039;expectativa de fer tota la classe, sin\u00f3 que \u00e9s un moment per cuidar-te alhora que cuides del teu nad\u00f3. Aquest ser\u00e0 el gran objectiu a la classe: que vegis que pots compartir l&#039;espai amb el teu fill\/a alhora que cuides de tu.<\/p><p>Les nostres classes s\u00f3n sempre din\u00e0miques, aix\u00ed que comen\u00e7arem amb salutacions al sol, torsions, estiraments per a l&#039;esquena, i m\u00e9s. A cada classe farem hipopressius, la t\u00e8cnica per a la recuperaci\u00f3 abdominal i de s\u00f2l p\u00e8lvic despr\u00e9s del part.<\/p><p>Els darrers 15 minuts de classe, farem massatges i jocs de ioga per als nadons.
