En constant aprenentatge i aprofundiment de la t\u00e8cnica. Cursant el M\u00e0ster en Psicoter\u00e0pia Transpersonal a l&#039;IPTB.<br \/><br \/>Per mi el ioga \u00e9s la uni\u00f3 de l&#039;espiritualitat, la salut corporal, la calma de la ment i el fluir de les emocions. Aquest univers em va portar a estar immersa en aquest m\u00f3n des del Bakhti amb el cant de mantres que m&#039;eleva a un altre lloc i el Hatha-Raja per alimentar la meva consci\u00e8ncia en el present i la meva respiraci\u00f3 com a font de vida.<br \/><br \/>Comencem la classe amb la consci\u00e8ncia al cos, la ment i la respiraci\u00f3. Entendre com est\u00e0 el grup m&#039;ajuda a acompanyar-los millor al seu moment present. Des de l&#039;inici convido a alinear la postura, connectar amb la respiraci\u00f3 i unir totes dues de forma sincr\u00f2nica.<br \/><br \/>Comencem a donar mobilitat al cos per preparar-lo per a la pr\u00e0ctica. Seguim amb surya namaskar (salutacions al sol) i despr\u00e9s diferents postures que donin lloc a l&#039;estirament, elongaci\u00f3, enfortir el cos per mobilitzar l&#039;energia encapsulada i inactiva, guiant cada moviment juntament amb la respiraci\u00f3 conscient.
