Una activitat com \u00e9s el ioga <strong>reduir\u00e0 aquests dolors<\/strong>, alliberar\u00e0 la tensi\u00f3 acumulada a determinades zones i relaxar\u00e0 els m\u00fasculs. Les n\u00e0usees associades, sobretot, als primers mesos, tamb\u00e9 desapareixeran a poc a poc.
