Us anireu entenent, sabr\u00e0s quan necessita els teus bra\u00e7os i quan pots practicar mirant-lo als ulls. La teva veu, la teva mirada, les teves car\u00edcies faran que se senti segur, encara que t&#039;allunyis uns cent\u00edmetres d&#039;ell o ella.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a>Recuperaci\u00f3 postpart<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La pr\u00e0ctica de ioga enfocada al postpart <strong>t&#039;ajuda a la recuperaci\u00f3 f\u00edsica<\/strong> que requereixes despr\u00e9s del naixement del nad\u00f3. M\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de la quarantena, durant tot el primer any, el teu cos necessita reactivar-se i recuperar-se independentment de si el part ha estat vaginal o per ces\u00e0ria. <strong>Haur\u00e0s de prestar especial atenci\u00f3 a la salut del teu s\u00f2l p\u00e8lvic<\/strong> i la faixa abdominal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A m\u00e9s, tenir sempre el nad\u00f3 als bra\u00e7os, les posicions impossibles per alletar o donar bibe, pujar i baixar el nad\u00f3 a pes, dormir en mode contorsionista o les nits interminables sense dormir. <strong>Hi ha mil motius pels quals fer ioga<\/strong> pot ser un salvavides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Practicar t&#039;ajudar\u00e0 amb la teva postura, tornar\u00e0s al centre emocional, descarregar\u00e0s tensions de les espatlles, recuperar\u00e0s el teu core i aprendr\u00e0s com bregar amb alguns dels inconvenients f\u00edsics del postpart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No es tracta de fer sessions interminables de ioga, <strong>cada minut compte<\/strong>.
