I \u00e9s normal, preciosa. Al final, ets a les portes d&#039;una cosa enorme, desconeguda i molt transformadora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aquesta por no vol dir que estiguis menys preparada. Significa que est\u00e0s vivint una cosa important.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per aix\u00f2 avui, a Mamayoga, volem acompanyar-te a entendre com preparar el cos i la ment per al part a trav\u00e9s del ioga prepart. No perqu\u00e8 arribis \u201cperfecta\u201d, sin\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 arribis m\u00e9s connectada amb tu, amb m\u00e9s calma i amb m\u00e9s recursos per transitar aquest moment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Perqu\u00e8 a poc a poc puguis mirar aquesta por de front, respirar dins seu i recordar la dona forta, capa\u00e7 i valenta que ja ets. Perqu\u00e8 s\u00ed: ets una fucking deessa, encara que de vegades se t&#039;oblidi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Com preparar el teu cos per al part<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Abans de comen\u00e7ar a con\u00e8ixer com es prepara el cos per al part i tamb\u00e9 la teva ment, volem recordar-te una cosa important, maca: el teu cos ja sap parir. De deb\u00f2. Est\u00e0 fet per aix\u00f2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No es tracta de tenir uns malucs concrets, de ser m\u00e9s flexible o de fer-ho \u201cmillor\u201d. No hi ha res a demostrar aqu\u00ed. Parir \u00e9s un proc\u00e9s instintiu, natural i profundament savi. No venim a ensenyar-te a fer-ho. Venim a convidar-te a escoltar-te, a confiar en tu ia sentir que dins teu ja hi ha una intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia enorme fent la seva feina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tot i aix\u00ed, tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s veritat que arribar al part amb el cos actiu, una alimentaci\u00f3 que et sent b\u00e9 i una ment tan calmada pot ajudar-te a viure aquest moment d&#039;una manera m\u00e9s amable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quan parlem de l&#039;inici del part, parlem d&#039;aquell moment en qu\u00e8 comencen les contraccions de manera regular i de mica en mica van guanyant intensitat i freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia, fins que el coll de l&#039;\u00fater es va modificant per permetre l&#039;arribada del nad\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I no, no sempre passa de sobte com a les pel\u00b7l\u00edcules. Tant de bo de vegades, per\u00f2 no. Moltes vegades el cos comen\u00e7a a avisar de mica en mica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aquest prepart, que tamb\u00e9 es coneix com a fase prodr\u00f2mica, pot durar hores\u2026 o fins i tot dies. Moure&#039;s lliure a cada contracci\u00f3, anar ajustant el teu cos, estar \u00edntima amb els teus sentits desperts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durant el teu embar\u00e0s les pr\u00e0ctiques de ioga din\u00e0miques amb moviment i flu\u00efdesa t&#039;ajudaran a deixar anar el maluc, a alliberar tensions, a recon\u00e8ixer camins del teu cos que havia oblidat, a ballar i sentir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mobilitzar\u00e0s el teu cos, <strong>sentir-te activa i relaxada alhora<\/strong>. I aquest estat de relaxaci\u00f3 activa \u00e9s l&#039;estat perfecte per fer front al teu part. A m\u00e9s, et coneixer\u00e0s a nivell f\u00edsic, el teu cos, els teus moviments, les teves regles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a>Coneix els teus recursos<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Com a dona disposes de diversos recursos propis poderosos per fer front al moment del part. <strong>La veu, el so i la respiraci\u00f3<\/strong> seran les teves aliades tant durant la intensitat com als espais de rep\u00f2s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A les <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/mamayoga.es\/ca\/ioga-presencial\/\">classes de ioga per a embarassades<\/a><\/strong> et convidem a retrobar-te amb la respiraci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Una respiraci\u00f3 natural que calma<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Una respiraci\u00f3 que alleuja i descarrega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Una respiraci\u00f3 que compassa i acompanya el moviment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Una respiraci\u00f3 que convida al plaer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Una respiraci\u00f3 que oxigena i revitalitza<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Podr\u00e0s utilitzar aquest recurs meravell\u00f3s que \u00e9s la teva respiraci\u00f3 tant a les hores pr\u00e8vies com a la feina de part actiu. Als descansos entre contraccions respira algunes vegades ampli i profund, <strong>omple&#039;t de vida, i torna a la teva respiraci\u00f3 natural i espont\u00e0nia<\/strong> per a la intensitat de les contraccions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Explora la teva veu i tots els sons que t&#039;ajudin a descarregar tensi\u00f3, a deixar anar el control mental i enfocar-te a viure l&#039;experi\u00e8ncia de parir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A m\u00e9s, un altre gran recurs que disposes \u00e9s augmentar els nivells de plaer del teu cos. El goig de la pr\u00e0ctica de ioga i dels petits i grans plaers de la vida. El nostre estat mental influeix en com veiem la realitat que hi ha al voltant nostre. Les emocions ens ensenyen, les observem, deixem que s&#039;expressin i les transitem.
