Avui des de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/mamayoga.es\/ca\/\">Mamayoga<\/a><\/strong> t&#039;expliquem com <strong>el ioga pot ajudar les embarassades a sentir-se m\u00e9s fortes i equilibrades<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Abans de res felicitats pel teu estat. Vegem quins canvis vas experimentant en aquesta bonica etapa de la teva vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a>Canvis f\u00edsics, mentals i emocionals<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tot i que ens ho venguin com un cam\u00ed de roses, un embar\u00e0s t\u00e9 moments de tot. <strong>Les hormones ens provocaran canvis fisiol\u00f2gics per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 alts i baixos emocionals<\/strong>. Hi haur\u00e0 dies en qu\u00e8 et sentir\u00e0s cansada, altres hiperactiva, potser en moments t&#039;aclaparen els dubtes i aparegui el plor, mentre que altres la felicitat t&#039;obri el cam\u00ed. <strong>Tots aquests estats formen part de tu, del teu embar\u00e0s<\/strong>, no n&#039;hi ha un de bo o dolent sin\u00f3 que \u00e9s part de la preparaci\u00f3 f\u00edsica i emocional del teu cos per a l&#039;arribada del nad\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Notar\u00e0s canvis f\u00edsics<\/strong> com l&#039;augment de volum abdominal a mesura que l&#039;\u00fater s&#039;engrandeix, els canvis a les mames, la retenci\u00f3 de l\u00edquids, el cansament, el canvi de freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia i el ritme del teu cor, etc. <strong>El teu organisme es bolca a nodrir i protegir el nad\u00f3<\/strong>, per\u00f2 a m\u00e9s genera un \u00f2rgan per a aix\u00f2 (la placenta). Necessitar\u00e0s energia i vitalitat que ser\u00e0 regulada per les hormones. Aquestes alhora et provocaran algunes mol\u00e8sties que aniran canviant cada trimestre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A nivell mental, tamb\u00e9 et sentir\u00e0s diferent<\/strong> ja sigui pels canvis en els ritmes de son i descans, la hiperactivitat seguida dels baixons d&#039;energia, la manca de concentraci\u00f3 o de creativitat. La ci\u00e8ncia ha observat que hi ha canvis f\u00edsics tangibles al teu cervell, que t\u00e9 una nova tasca priorit\u00e0ria. Est\u00e0s donant vida a un nou \u00e9sser.
