Avui des de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/mamayoga.es\/ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Mamayoga<\/a><\/strong> t&#039;expliquem<strong> com el ioga pot ajudar-te a connectar amb el teu nad\u00f3<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a>Tan connectades o tan desconnectades<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avui dia sembla que <strong>estem tan connectades mitjan\u00e7ant la tecnologia<\/strong>: m\u00f2bils, xarxes socials, aplicacions de tota mena, etc.<strong> que de vegades ens desconnectem de les persones<\/strong> i del que ens envolta. Aquesta tend\u00e8ncia global no \u00e9s una excepci\u00f3 per a les embarassades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rutina, treball, planificaci\u00f3 del futur, compres de tot all\u00f2 necessari per a la nova vida en cam\u00ed, quefers a casa, etc. van allunyant la teva atenci\u00f3 del que \u00e9s veritablement important: la teva connexi\u00f3 amb el nad\u00f3, la nad\u00f3.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A m\u00e9s si ja ets mare, bi-mare, tri-mare, <strong>l&#039;arribada d&#039;un nou embar\u00e0s <\/strong>no us absenta de l&#039;atenci\u00f3 sostinguda a tota la vostra prole. L&#039;aire entra i surt del teu nas sense cap esfor\u00e7.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pregunta&#039;t com est\u00e0s? com et sents aqu\u00ed i ara?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sent el tacte de les teves mans sobre la pell. La temperatura, la forma. Les teves mans escolten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A trav\u00e9s de les teves mans el batec del teu cor i el del nad\u00f3, el nad\u00f3 s&#039;acompassen. Et sents, ho sents. T&#039;omplir\u00e0 de joia i amor. <strong>Activar\u00e0 tots els teus sentits i la teva resposta hormonal per estimar-lo i protegir-lo alhora<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Moltes mares primerenques es pregunten si no seran prou intu\u00eftives quan arribi el nad\u00f3, la nad\u00f3.
