En funci\u00f3 de la nostra <strong>flexibilitat <\/strong>podem intentar <strong>entrella\u00e7ar tamb\u00e9 les mans<\/strong> dels bra\u00e7os que apunten cap al sostre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L&#039;escaire i l&#039;extensi\u00f3<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ens situem drets, de cara un davant de l&#039;altre, agafant les mans de la parella. La dist\u00e0ncia entre tots dos ser\u00e0, m\u00e9s o menys, <strong>la longitud dels bra\u00e7os m\u00e9s un peu<\/strong>. Un membre de la parella es flexiona cap endavant amb els bra\u00e7os i les cames estirades i l&#039;esquena formant un angle de noranta graus, per\u00f2 amb el pes enrere, mentre<strong> l&#039;altre en tira suaument<\/strong>. Si la persona que \u201cestira\u201d l&#039;altre t\u00e9 bona flexibilitat, <strong>arqueja la columna cap enrere<\/strong> per estendre l&#039;esquena, si no, simplement estira i es pot ajudar de flexionar genolls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La sustentaci\u00f3 de la mirada<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un dels treballs m\u00e9s bonics del ioga en parella \u00e9s <strong>la sustentaci\u00f3 de la mirada<\/strong>.
