Avui, des de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/mamayoga.es\/ca\/\">Mamayoga<\/a>,<\/strong> obrim mel\u00f3 i t&#039;explicarem com fer servir el <strong>ioga per recuperar l&#039;autoestima <\/strong>despr\u00e9s del part.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Emocions a flor de pell&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Acabes de donar a llum, hi ha rialles i plors, <strong>un nad\u00f3 desconegut<\/strong> que et reclama i reclama i ve sense manual d&#039;instruccions. I ens han educat tan b\u00e9 al manual d&#039;instruccions, que quan la <strong>intu\u00efci\u00f3 <\/strong>\u00e9s la que preval no sabem ben b\u00e9 qu\u00e8 fer. Aix\u00ed que comencen a apar\u00e8ixer els dubtes.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cHo estar\u00e9 fent b\u00e9? Uns dies la felicitat t&#039;envaeix, altres la por m\u00e9s atro\u00e7, altres plores desemparada, alguns fins i tot desitjaries no estar aix\u00ed per tornar de cop a la <strong>felicitat m\u00e9s absoluta<\/strong>. Hi ha cansament, hi ha pesadesa, tot suma.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En aquest hurac\u00e0 d&#039;emocions <strong>\u00e9s habitual que la teva autoestima se&#039;n ressenti<\/strong>. Encara que sigui normal o conegut, \u00e9s un dels punts en qu\u00e8 t&#039;has de cuidar s\u00ed o s\u00ed. El <a href=\"https:\/\/mamayoga.es\/ca\/ioga-i-lactancia-postures-per-millorar-la-comoditat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ioga<\/a> enfocat a la maternitat, amb els seus <strong>eines <\/strong>d&#039;autocura i interioritzaci\u00f3, et pot ajudar a recuperar aquesta <strong>autoestima<\/strong>.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">No et sents la mateixa&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No fan falta etiquetes per saber que els baixons emocionals que pots patir despr\u00e9s del <a href=\"https:\/\/mamayoga.es\/ca\/quins-son-els-millors-exercicis-de-fitness-postpart\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">part<\/a> t&#039;afectaran tots els nivells. I \u00e9s que <strong>sents que no ets la mateixa<\/strong>. No ho \u00e9s el teu cos, la teva fam\u00edlia ha canviat, la teva ment ha canviat, el teu entorn est\u00e0 canviant, la teva feina queda lluny, tot sembla canviar al teu voltant. Han canviat tant les teves <strong>estructures <\/strong>que potser no t&#039;identifiquis m\u00e9s amb la dona que havies estat fins ara.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tot i que la imatge f\u00edsica d&#039;una mateixa no \u00e9s el m\u00e9s important a la vida, els enormes canvis de l&#039;embar\u00e0s i la lenta<strong> recuperaci\u00f3 postpart<\/strong> no ajuden a retrobar-te amb tu.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I tot el que \u00e9s nou espanta.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un entorn que no recolza el que esperes&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A m\u00e9s, de vegades l&#039;entorn no ho posa f\u00e0cil, ja sigui per <strong>desconeixement<\/strong>, per <strong>sobreprotecci\u00f3 <\/strong>o per una visi\u00f3 diferent de la vida, per\u00f2 tothom sembla poder opinar sobre la teva manera de <strong>maternar <\/strong>i aquesta escolta constant de <strong>cr\u00edtiques <\/strong>tamb\u00e9 pot afectar la teva autoestima.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cNo l&#039;agafis tant als bra\u00e7os que el malcriar\u00e0s\u201d, \u201cEncara li d\u00f3nes el pit?\u201d, \u201cD\u00f3na&#039;m, ja l&#039;agafo jo\u201d, \u201cDeixa-ho que plori dona\u201d, \u201c\u00c9s clar, com ets primerenca\u201d, i un llarg etc\u00e8tera.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una mica de si us plau. <strong>Ho est\u00e0s fent incre\u00efblement b\u00e9, mare<\/strong>. Ets la mare que necessitava el nad\u00f3, la nad\u00f3. Cap opini\u00f3 no \u00e9s m\u00e9s v\u00e0lida que la teva. No t&#039;enganyis. Si vols escoltar els altres, o demanar consell, endavant, per\u00f2 la teva opini\u00f3 \u00e9s la que compta.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aix\u00ed que t&#039;invito que des d&#039;avui recullis les teves regnes i comencis tamb\u00e9 a cuidar la teva autoestima. Si et veus superada,<strong> demana ajuda<\/strong>, no tinguis por de buscar <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/mamayoga.es\/ca\/acompanyament-a-la-crianca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">grups d&#039;acompanyament<\/a> <\/strong>i<strong> suport<\/strong>, psic\u00f2logues especialitzades,<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/mamayoga.es\/ca\/massatge-thai\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pediatres<\/a><\/strong>, tot el que necessitis per sortir-ne amb la teva autoestima m\u00e9s refor\u00e7ada encara.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El ioga per recuperar l?autoestima&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A les classes de ioga per a la maternitat, l&#039;enfocament \u00e9s clar: tu, mare. <strong>Tu ets el centre<\/strong>. Ara ets m\u00e9s completa, m\u00e9s poderosa, hi ha noves capes de tu que desconeixies.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La <strong>activitat f\u00edsica regular<\/strong> arrencar\u00e0 la maquin\u00e0ria de nou. El teu cos es reordenar\u00e0 i les teves hormones comen\u00e7aran a quadrar en el nou estat post-embar\u00e0s.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tindr\u00e0s <strong>temps i espai per anar cap a dins<\/strong>. Els primers mesos, i fins i tot anys, de la maternitat el teu focus estar\u00e0 cap al nad\u00f3, la nad\u00f3. \u00c9s per aix\u00f2 que el ioga us convida una vegada m\u00e9s a simplement anar cap a dins.
