Avui des de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/mamayoga.es\/ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Mamayoga<\/a><\/strong>, t&#039;ensenyem <strong>com incorporar el ioga despr\u00e9s d&#039;una ces\u00e0ria<\/strong> i el paper d&#039;aquesta activitat per recuperar-la.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s una ces\u00e0ria?&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Comencem pel principi, ja que, encara que sembli mentida, la sem\u00e0ntica \u00e9s important i de vegades no comprenem \u00edntegrament <strong>qu\u00e8 \u00e9s una ces\u00e0ria<\/strong>. Segons la Wikipedia: \u00abLa ces\u00e0ria \u00e9s un tipus d&#039;intervenci\u00f3 quir\u00fargica en la qual es realitza una incisi\u00f3 quir\u00fargica a l&#039;abdomen i l&#039;\u00fater de la mare per extreure&#039;n un o m\u00e9s fetus amb edat gestacional apta per a la seva superviv\u00e8ncia a l&#039;exterior\u00bb.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Les ces\u00e0ries no s\u00f3n un tipus de part<\/strong>. \u00c9s una intervenci\u00f3 que ajuda a salvar la vida del fetus i la mare als parts i que de vegades els substitueix. Es tracta de <strong>una intervenci\u00f3 quir\u00fargica m\u00e9s gran<\/strong>, ja que, per arribar a l&#039;\u00fater i generar prou obertura per a la sortida del nad\u00f3, es tallen multitud de teixits i capes i hi ha p\u00e8rdua abundant de sang. D&#039;altres, en canvi, es produeixen d&#039;emerg\u00e8ncia enmig del treball de part, s\u00f3n m\u00e9s complexes i encara requereixen <strong>m\u00e9s cures per a la mare al postpart<\/strong>.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cada cop m\u00e9s embarassos finalitzen amb <strong>ces\u00e0ria <\/strong>i per sort se&#039;n comen\u00e7a a parlar, a deixar d&#039;amagar-ho. No hi ha res dolent que el teu nad\u00f3, la nad\u00f3<strong> neixi per ces\u00e0ria<\/strong> o que hagueu requerit una ces\u00e0ria d&#039;emerg\u00e8ncia. Aix\u00f2 s\u00ed que t&#039;has de cuidar, ja que com tota intervenci\u00f3 del tipus que sigui, requereix de recuperaci\u00f3 i cures.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El ioga \u00e9s possible despr\u00e9s d&#039;una ces\u00e0ria?&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S\u00ed, \u00e9s possible ia m\u00e9s ho podr\u00e0s integrar com <strong>part de la teva recuperaci\u00f3<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Com t&#039;explic\u00e0vem, es tracta d&#039;una <strong>intervenci\u00f3 quir\u00fargica major<\/strong>. Per aix\u00f2, si ja <strong>practicaves ioga<\/strong>, abans i durant el teu embar\u00e0s, potser et vingui de gust incorporar-te abans.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si tens dubtes, el millor \u00e9s deixar-te assessorar pels <strong>professionals sanitaris<\/strong> que t&#039;han acompanyat al part i la teva posterior recuperaci\u00f3: llevadores, cirurgians, fisioterapeutes de s\u00f2l p\u00e8lvic, etc.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A continuaci\u00f3 t&#039;expliquem una s\u00e8rie de <strong>recomanacions <\/strong>perqu\u00e8 la teva pr\u00e0ctica de ioga despr\u00e9s d&#039;una ces\u00e0ria sigui beneficiosa per a tu.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recomanacions per a la pr\u00e0ctica de ioga despr\u00e9s d&#039;una ces\u00e0ria&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aquestes serien algunes de les <strong>recomanacions <\/strong>o <strong>coses a evitar<\/strong> per no trobar-te amb massa contraindicacions en practicar ioga despr\u00e9s de la ces\u00e0ria.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Atenci\u00f3 a les postures d&#039;extensi\u00f3 de columna<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En corbar la teva columna cap enrere es produir\u00e0 un <strong>estirament <\/strong>profund de l&#039;abdomen. Aix\u00f2 pot ser molt ser molt <strong>molest <\/strong>i fins i tot <strong>dolor\u00f3s <\/strong>si la cicatriu \u00e9s molt recent. Evita-les o fes molt poca extensi\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 no s&#039;estiri la teva zona abdominal.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fer abdominals \u00e9s un no<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La millor abdominal \u00e9s la que es fa sense posar-se a fer abdominals. Pensa que hi ha hagut <strong>talls musculars profunds en aquesta zona<\/strong>, de manera que si et poses a fer abdominals, aquesta musculatura no s&#039;activar\u00e0 com penses, per\u00f2 la resta del cos compensar\u00e0 generant <strong>tensions <\/strong>en zones diverses i es pot produir una empenta cap a terra p\u00e8lvic que et provoqui m\u00e9s problemes a la llarga.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D\u00f3na&#039;t temps, no et comparis<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El <strong>cansament <\/strong>no \u00e9s igual per a totes. Respira, pausa, escolta&#039;t i d\u00f3na&#039;t tot el temps del m\u00f3n. Tant se val si l&#039;artista de moda est\u00e0 al m\u00e0xim en dos dies, escolta&#039;t a tu, prioritza&#039;t a tu. \u00c9s un moment de molta <strong>sensibilitat<\/strong>, no et fa b\u00e9 comparar-te amb ning\u00fa.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9s m\u00e9s important con\u00e8ixer-se que fer<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dedica part de la teva pr\u00e0ctica a recon\u00e8ixer novament el teu cos, els seus <strong>sensacions<\/strong>, els seus <strong>moviments<\/strong>. Aquest reconeixement ser\u00e0 el que et mogui a fer cada dia una mica m\u00e9s, per anar agafant les regnes de la nova dona que ets darrere de la ces\u00e0ria. Perqu\u00e8 despr\u00e9s de cada <strong>part<\/strong>, no ets la mateixa, el teu cos canvia, per\u00f2 sobretot ho fas tu, ets una altra dona, no t&#039;oblidis de donar-te la benvinguda en aquest caos que \u00e9s el <strong>postpart<\/strong>.
