Per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 en aquest desordre hi pot apar\u00e8ixer un refugi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La pr\u00e0ctica suau i conscient del ioga \u00e9s una gran aliada per sostenir el teu equilibri f\u00edsic, mental i emocional aquesta \u00e8poca de l&#039;any. Alguns blocs especialitzats assenyalen que el ioga a l&#039;estiu \u201cet permet bregar amb el clima des d&#039;un estat de m\u00e9s consci\u00e8ncia i suportar la calor amb lleugeresa\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br>Quan la calor convida a parar i escoltar el teu cos<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No es tracta d&#039;exigir-se m\u00e9s, sin\u00f3 d&#039;escoltar-te amb afecte i tenir cura de cada senyal que el teu cos t&#039;envia. La calor ens convida a baixar el ritme, i el ioga t&#039;ofereix justament aix\u00f2: un espai de pausa, de pres\u00e8ncia. \u00c9s temps d&#039;aturar-te, de recon\u00e8ixer els teus l\u00edmits i respectar-los<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ioga com a refugi en dies llargs i lents<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L?estiu porta dies m\u00e9s pausats, s\u00ed, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 emocions que es mouen en moltes direccions. La pr\u00e0ctica de ioga conscient t&#039;ajuda a tornar a tu, a sostenir el teu centre ia mantenir la calma al mig del moviment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un petit refugi per escoltar-te, cuidar-te i respirar, fins i tot quan tot al voltant va m\u00e9s lent\u2026 o m\u00e9s r\u00e0pid del que t&#039;agradaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">No cal fer m\u00e9s, nom\u00e9s estar amb tu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No cal escalfar al m\u00e0xim, suar, ni exigir-te.
