Que cedeixen el seu cos a una vida que vol venir a aquest m\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s d&#039;elles, adaptant aix\u00ed el cos, les emocions, el dia a dia. I despr\u00e9s de parir, cuiden el seu cadell amb un altruisme sense l\u00edmits, capa\u00e7os de v\u00e8ncer qualsevol obstacle, treuen una for\u00e7a, coratge i serenitat que ni el mateix Dalai Lama.<\/p>\n<p>Per\u00f2 qu\u00e8 passa amb el company d&#039;aquesta recent convertida en Dalai Lama? Qu\u00e8 passa amb el paper del pare, de lhome?<\/p>\n<p>Hi ha blocs, grups de Facebook, <strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/mamayoga.es\/ca\/grups-dacompanyament\/\">grups de crian\u00e7a<\/a><\/em><\/strong>, de lact\u00e0ncia, etc., etc., perqu\u00e8 les mares es trobin, es nodreixin i es recolzin. Ara b\u00e9, amb l&#039;home \u00e9s una altra cosa.<\/p>\n<p>Ells a l&#039;embar\u00e0s, veuen com la dona que coneixien comen\u00e7a a viure un aut\u00e8ntic hurac\u00e0 d&#039;emocions, en qu\u00e8 es pot plorar-riure, riure-plorar, tot junt al mateix temps. Una dona que de sobte pot sentir la necessitat de fer grans canvis a la seva vida (canviar de casa, d&#039;h\u00e0bits de vida o de feina, m\u00e9s tard al postpart) i que necessita el suport del seu company.<\/p>\n<p>Doncs s\u00ed, homes a la sala, \u00e9s moment de seguir aquesta dona recent il\u00b7luminada, i dir-li: -Si, el meu Dalai, jo et segueixo on vulguis. Pot semblar desgavellat, per\u00f2 homes, us prometo que no us penedireu de seguir-lo on sigui. La teva dona es troba en un estat de connexi\u00f3, amb ella mateixa, amb la vida i amb les vostres necessitats com a fam\u00edlia, com mai no ho experimentar\u00e0, aix\u00ed que, fes-li cas.<\/p>\n<p>Altres consells per a vosaltres a l&#039;embar\u00e0s:<\/p>\n<p><strong>FES-LI RIURE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Si, fes-li riure molt, rigueu junts. No nom\u00e9s pel simple goig d&#039;un bon atac de riure, sin\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 en t\u00e9 la conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia hormonal.<\/p>\n<p>Riure \u00e9s el que m\u00e9s endorfines fa segregar (la segona cosa seria ballar i el tercer, cantar), i les altes dosis d&#039;endorfines, hormona de la felicitat, durant l&#039;embar\u00e0s, crea receptors per a les endorfines durant el part. Aix\u00ed que si vols que la teva dona tingui un bon part, que rigui molt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>FES-LI MASSATGES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Els massatges fan alliberar una gran quantitat d&#039;oxitocina, hormona de l&#039;amor, i tamb\u00e9 indispensable per tenir un bon part. Aix\u00ed que localitza on t\u00e9 la teva dona el sacre i fes-li un massatge, cada dia.<\/p>\n<p>El massatge et pot ajudar a connectar tamb\u00e9 amb el nad\u00f3, sense esperar els seus moviments, nom\u00e9s tocant l&#039;\u00fater de la teva dona, els seus l\u00edmits, la seva tonicitat, i sentint la nova vida que s&#039;est\u00e0 gestant all\u00e0 dins. Pots posar la m\u00e0 a la panxa de la teva dona, i fer-li saber al teu fill qu\u00e8 hi ets, que ho esperes, que ho sents. I sense expectatives, gaudir-ne l&#039;un de l&#039;altre.<\/p>\n<p>I quina \u00e9s <a href=\"https:\/\/mamayoga.es\/ca\/taller-preparacio-al-part-postpart\/\"><em><strong>el teu paper durant el part<\/strong><\/em><\/a>? Est\u00e0s acompanyant Dalai Lama feta una aut\u00e8ntica lleona, aix\u00ed que atent!<\/p>\n<p>Es tracta que hi siguis per i per ella, sense parlar-li. Si li parles, actives el seu neoc\u00f2rtex i aix\u00f2 podria fer que el part s&#039;estanqui. Ella necessita fer el seu viatge, que ser\u00e0 m\u00e9s o menys llarg o cost\u00f3s, fins a convertir-se en lleona, gata, guineu, vaca\u2026 per aix\u00f2, sigues el seu protector del silenci, la intimitat i el respecte. Sigues el protector d&#039;aquest proc\u00e9s sagrat. Anima&#039;l si notes que en moments dubta, estigues present quan et busqui amb les mans o la mirada i no t&#039;ho prenguis a personal, si en el seu proc\u00e9s, t&#039;ha de deixar enrere i no vol ni que la toquis.<\/p>\n<p><strong>EL POSTPART A PARELLA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I despr\u00e9s? Despr\u00e9s\u2026 el postpart. Hauria de ser una lluna de mel, plena de silenci, teta, llet, intimitat\u2026<\/p>\n<p>I la teva feina? El seu guardi\u00e0. T&#039;has d&#039;ocupar de les tasques de la casa, que hi hagi menjar nutritiu fet i de gestionar les visites. Gaireb\u00e9 res, no?<\/p>\n<p>Doncs ets fonamental perqu\u00e8 la teva dona estigui tranquil\u00b7la, confiada i sostinguda per cuidar el nad\u00f3. Potser ella se senti aclaparada, tingui les emocions a flor de pell, fins i tot passi mals moments. No t&#039;ho prenguis a personal, recorda-li com n&#039;\u00e9s de preciosa, com n&#039;est\u00e0 de b\u00e9 i de b\u00e9 que ho va fer en el part (fins i tot si ella no est\u00e0 satisfeta).<\/p>\n<p>Ella no es podr\u00e0 ocupar de les tasques dom\u00e8stiques, i no ho haur\u00e0 de fer. La seva energia s&#039;ha de centrar a cuidar el nad\u00f3, fer totes les migdiades que necessiti i descansar. De tu dependr\u00e0 la compra, preparar el menjar, les rentadores, etc.<\/p>\n<p>I arribem al punt de les visites. Pr\u00e0cticament totes les visites molesten i no estem en situaci\u00f3 de quedar b\u00e9. Les primeres hores, fins i tot els primers dies, s\u00f3n per gaudir a la intimitat. Res de sogres amb col\u00f2nia que volen agafar el nad\u00f3! S\u00ed, \u00e9s pol\u00edticament incorrecte dir aix\u00f2, per\u00f2 no tinc cap intenci\u00f3 de ser correcta, sin\u00f3 de donar-te pistes.<\/p>\n<p>Visites que la mare tingui ganes de veure, curtes (10, 20 minuts), sense col\u00f2nia, disposades a ajudar portant menjar o portant els germans grans al parc, sense col\u00f2nia i sense demandes d&#039;agafar el nad\u00f3. El pare, si veus que no \u00e9s aix\u00ed, defensa la teva dona i la teva cria; ella no estar\u00e0 amb l&#039;energia de fer-ho i t&#039;ho agrair\u00e0 infinitament.<\/p>\n<p><strong>I EL SEXE?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I qu\u00e8 passa en tot aquest proc\u00e9s amb el sexe? Doncs hi ha dones que durant l&#039;embar\u00e0s senten moltes ganes de fer l&#039;amor, i d&#039;altres que no, ja que pot ser una energia massa forta i pot provocar contraccions uterines, que s\u00f3n bones, per\u00f2 podrien incomodar la dona. El sexe a l&#039;embar\u00e0s hauria de ser suau, cur\u00f3s i al ritme que la dona desitgi.<\/p>\n<p>Igual que al postpart. La majoria de dones que acaben de parir i <a href=\"https:\/\/mamayoga.es\/ca\/consulta-de-lactancia\/\"><em><strong>estan donant teta<\/strong><\/em><\/a> no els ve de gust fer l&#039;amor. La seva part sexual est\u00e0 ubicada ara als pits, que donen de mamar gaireb\u00e9 24h. A m\u00e9s, dep\u00e8n del part que hagi tingut, necessitar\u00e0 temps perqu\u00e8 els seus genitals tornin a sentir plaer. Aix\u00ed que no tinguis pressa, no li pressionis i fes-li moltes manyagues sense voler acabar tenint sexe amb penetraci\u00f3. Si durant el proc\u00e9s et sents massa carregat, pots fer exercici f\u00edsic que t&#039;ajudar\u00e0 a desbloquejar tota aquesta energia acumulada. I us dic un secret: el que m\u00e9s \u201cposa\u201d a una pu\u00e8rpera, \u00e9s la vostra dol\u00e7or, moixaines i cures.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed que, resumint, homes, companys, us estimem i us necessitem en aquest moment m\u00e0gic. El vostre paper de vegades \u00e9s conf\u00fas i aquests s\u00f3n nom\u00e9s alguns consells que crec que us poden ajudar.<\/p>\n<p>Cuida-la i gaudeix cuidant de la dona que gesta el teu fill i que ho cuida amb tot el seu \u00e9sser, des de les entranyes. Cuida-la amb el mateix respecte amb qu\u00e8 t&#039;agradaria que cuidessin la teva mare quan tu en formaves part.
