Avui us convidem a fer-ho des de la calma, des de l&#039;arrel, ia descobrir per qu\u00e8 Mamayoga \u00e9s l&#039;espai perfecte per a aquest retrobament amb tu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:41px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tornar al ioga despr\u00e9s d&#039;una pausa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De vegades deixem el ioga per un temps, perqu\u00e8 arriba l&#039;estiu, perqu\u00e8 la vida canvia o perqu\u00e8, simplement, se&#039;ns omple de coses. I est\u00e0 b\u00e9, de deb\u00f2. Per\u00f2 m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de parar la rutina, de vegades tamb\u00e9 ens allunyem una mica del cos, de la respiraci\u00f3, d&#039;aquella calma que ens fa sentir presents. I sense adonar-nos, apareix l&#039;estr\u00e8s, la pressa o aquesta veueta que ens exigeix massa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tornar al ioga no ho far\u00e0 \u201ccom abans\u201d. Tornar\u00e0 des d&#039;on ets avui, amb suavitat, amb respecte i amb ganes de sentir-te b\u00e9 una altra vegada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A Mamayoga t&#039;acompanyem just en aquell moment. Pots venir al centre, practicar des de casa o combinar totes dues coses: tu tries la teva manera de tornar i el teu ritme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Una invitaci\u00f3 suau per reprendre la teva pr\u00e0ctica<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sabem que tornar a la rutina despr\u00e9s d&#039;una pausa pot costar una mica. Per aix\u00f2, aquesta tardor volem acompanyar-te en aquest retorn, amb calma i afecte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A la nostra Aula Virtual hem preparat un rac\u00f3 molt especial per a tu: un espai per reconnectar amb la teva pr\u00e0ctica, amb la teva respiraci\u00f3 i amb tu mateixa. Es tracta d&#039;una s\u00e8rie de classes impartides per la nostra professora Sol Mir\u00e1bile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Etapa Llavor: connectar amb l&#039;arrel<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Com a tota volta, hi ha un primer pas: sembrar la intenci\u00f3 de tornar-hi. Aquesta llavor que et diu \u201cja \u00e9s moment de reconnectar\u201d, sense presses i amb molt d&#039;amor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A la nostra classe Llavor: connectar amb l&#039;arrel, barregem la dol\u00e7or del Yin amb la for\u00e7a del Hatha per ajudar-te a recuperar estabilitat i equilibri per dins. A la nostra pr\u00e0ctica Tronc: sostenir-se en el canvi, et convidem a fluir amb un Vinyasa suau i conscient, pensat per activar el tronc i reconnectar amb aquesta sensaci\u00f3 de sustentaci\u00f3 interior que de vegades se&#039;ns oblida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A mesura que et mous amb pres\u00e8ncia, descobreixes que fins i tot enmig del canvi hi ha estabilitat\u2026 i que el teu cos pot ser aquell refugi a qu\u00e8 sempre pots tornar quan tot al teu voltant es transforma. S\u00f3n classes plenes de pres\u00e8ncia, tendresa i moviment conscient\u2026 un tancament preci\u00f3s per als que volen continuar creixent des de l&#039;arrel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si et ve de gust provar-ho, pots accedir gratis durant 10 dies a l&#039;Aula Virtual de Mamayoga i viure la s\u00e8rie completa.
