I s\u00e9 que tu tamb\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aquesta petita angoixa silenciosa que s&#039;instal\u00b7la als matins agitats. La llista mental que mai no s&#039;acaba. La despesa que es repeteix, mes rere mes, sense fi a la vista. Pels n\u00fameros que circulen i que ens deixen sense paraules: milers de bolquers d&#039;un sol \u00fas per nen, d\u00e8cades per descompondre&#039;s, una empremta que pesa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Per\u00f2 les que ja estem en aquest cam\u00ed sabem que el regal m\u00e9s gran no va ser aquest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>El regal va ser el silenci mental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No m\u00e9s carreres al s\u00faper per bolquers \u2014encara que s\u00ed que comprar\u00e0s detergent ocasionalment\u2014. Nom\u00e9s calcular si aguantes fins al cap de setmana. No m\u00e9s bosses plenes a la porta. I, sobretot, no m\u00e9s aquesta culpa sorda que s&#039;acumula cada vegada que en llences un m\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La c\u00e0rrega mental que ning\u00fa no anomena<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Parlem molt de la fatiga f\u00edsica de la maternitat. Per\u00f2 la c\u00e0rrega mental \u2014aquesta llista invisible que portem sempre al cap\u2014 poques vegades s&#039;anomena amb honestedat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les compres recurrents s\u00f3n una font enorme d&#039;aquesta c\u00e0rrega. Anticipar. Emmagatzemar. Revisar. Gastar. Llen\u00e7ar. Repetir-ho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quan passes als bolquers de roba, alguna cosa canvia de forma gaireb\u00e9 immediata. Rentes, seques, dobles. I ja est\u00e0. El cicle \u00e9s simple, predictible, teu. Ja no depens que hi hagi oferta, que la mida estigui disponible, que arribi la comanda a temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aquesta simplicitat \u00e9s una forma profunda de <strong>autocura<\/strong>. Perqu\u00e8 cuidar-te tamb\u00e9 significa reduir la fricci\u00f3 del teu dia a dia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tornar a all\u00f2 essencial com a acte de pres\u00e8ncia<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hi ha alguna cosa que no esperava quan vaig comen\u00e7ar amb els bolquers de roba: ho <strong>conscient<\/strong> que em va tornar tot el proc\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quan rentes el bolquer, ets al moment. Quan ho doblegues a la nit, hi ha alguna cosa gaireb\u00e9 meditativa en aquest gest. Quan el col\u00b7loques al culet suau del teu nad\u00f3 i notes la difer\u00e8ncia de textura, la calidesa del cot\u00f3, hi ets. Present.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les que practiquem ioga sabem que el cos sempre troba la seva \u00e0ncora a la respiraci\u00f3. Doncs aix\u00f2, t&#039;ho juro, se li assembla m\u00e9s del que t&#039;imagines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No \u00e9s romanticisme. \u00c9s que, per a mi, la senzillesa convida a la <strong>pres\u00e8ncia<\/strong> de manera que el consum constant no pot. Tot i que s\u00e9 que cada fam\u00edlia \u00e9s un m\u00f3n, i que aquest cam\u00ed es viu de maneres molt diferents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I aquesta pres\u00e8ncia \u2014aquells moments en qu\u00e8 realment ets amb el teu nad\u00f3 en lloc d&#039;estar gestionant log\u00edstica\u2014 \u00e9s on passa el <strong>enlla\u00e7<\/strong> de deb\u00f2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Moltes embarassades ens expliquen que despr\u00e9s d&#039;una sessi\u00f3 de ioga noten les cames m\u00e9s descansades, m\u00e9s soltes i amb menys pesadesa. Jo tamb\u00e9 ho vaig pensar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per\u00f2 avui et dic aix\u00f2 amb tota l&#039;honestedat que et mereixes: la corba d&#039;aprenentatge \u00e9s m\u00e9s curta del que et penses. S\u00ed, hi ha una organitzaci\u00f3 inicial \u2014trobar el sistema de rentat, els bolquers que s&#039;adapten al teu nad\u00f3, les fundes que et resulten m\u00e9s c\u00f2modes\u2014. Aix\u00f2 porta el seu temps. Per\u00f2 una vegada que ho tens, es converteix en una cosa autom\u00e0tica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per mi, el m\u00e9s complicat amb el temps \u00e9s l&#039;altre: dependre. Comprar. Llen\u00e7ar. Sentir que podries fer-ho diferent i no saber com., amb moviments molt senzills, el cos canvia completament com se sent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>El llegat que triem deixar<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cada cop que triem una alternativa m\u00e9s sostenible, no nom\u00e9s estem cuidant el planeta dels nostres fills. Estem deixant un <strong>llegat<\/strong> de valors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Els estem ensenyant, sense paraules, que les decisions importen. Que es pot viure amb menys i estar millor. Que el <strong>respecte<\/strong> cap a l&#039;entorn \u00e9s part de qui som, no pas una c\u00e0rrega que suportem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I aix\u00f2, estimada, val molt m\u00e9s que qualsevol estalvi a la compra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>No ho has de fer perfecta \u2014ni sola<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aqu\u00ed no venim a jutjar-te. Ni a conv\u00e8ncer-te que els bolquers de roba s\u00f3n l&#039;\u00fanica manera de ser una bona mare. Perqu\u00e8 no ho s\u00f3n, i tu ja ho saps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Venim a dir-te que si sents que alguna cosa no encaixa en la teva forma de criar, si hi ha una veueta que et demana simplificar, que et truca cap a alguna cosa m\u00e9s natural i m\u00e9s teva, val la pena escoltar-la.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I si decideixes fer el pas, no ho far\u00e0s sola.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hi ha una <strong>tribu<\/strong> sencera esperant-te. Dones que ja han passat pels dubtes que tu tens ara. Que han provat marques, sistemes \u2014com els kits de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.adznadons.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">ADZ Nadons<\/a>\u2014. Que s&#039;han equivocat i n&#039;han apr\u00e8s. Provar durant una setmana. Veure com et sents. Veure com reacciona el teu nad\u00f3. Anar al teu ritme.
