If your baby is old enough to go to a postpartum yoga class but you don’t want to let him go to yoga… this will be your space. A place of tranquility where you can do yoga taking care of yourself, while you share this time with your baby while playing with friends.
This is a moment with a lot of movement outside, crawling babies are exploring the world, while we still need much. It’s a few months that can be a lot of fun, just as exhausting.
In this space you will be able to take care of yourself, by means of a dynamic, intense, strengthening and unblocking yoga. We will continue with the abdominal and pelvic floor work.
There will also be a time of yoga for the little ones, looking for the balance between taking care of you and taking care of you and sharing with other moms.
