MODULE I: EARTH AND WATER

  • Anatomy with Cristina Poll: female pelvis, pelvic organs, support structures and pelvic floor. How to help and accompany from yoga.
  • The chakras and the uterus as a center of power.
  • Physiology of breathing.
  • Conception and development of the baby, to let oneself be inhabited. Perinatal mourning and how to accompany it.
  • 1st trimester of gestation: physical, emotional, spiritual and energetic dimension of the woman in this trimester of gestation; exercises, asanas, pranayamas, meditations and relaxation. How to alleviate the possible discomfort of this moment.
  • 2nd trimester of gestation: physical, emotional, spiritual and energetic dimension of the woman in this trimester of gestation; exercises, asanas, pranayamas, meditations and relaxation. How to alleviate the possible discomfort of this moment.

MODULE II: AIR

MODULE III: FIRE

  • Childbirth: physiology of childbirth, of birth. Knowledge of women’s hormones; pelvis and perineum during childbirth, positions and movements. Vaginal delivery and cesarean delivery.
  • Postpartum: Postpartum physiology, puerperium state. Emotions and sensations at this stage and how to help the woman. Why Yoga at this stage: the physical, emotional and energetic benefits. Accompany the mother-baby fusion.

MODULE IV: ETHER

  • The postpartum: Care of the woman who has just given birth, porting, breastfeeding, the role of the father.
