And that&#039;s okay, really. But beyond pausing our routine, sometimes we also drift a little away from our bodies, our breath, that calm that makes us feel present. And without realizing it, stress appears, along with the rush, or that little voice that demands too much of us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Returning to yoga isn&#039;t about doing it &quot;like before.&quot; It&#039;s about returning from where you are today, gently, respectfully, and with a desire to feel good again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At Mamayoga, we&#039;re with you every step of the way. You can come to the center, practice from home, or combine both: you choose your way back and your pace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A gentle invitation to resume your practice<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We know that getting back into your routine after a break can be a little difficult. That&#039;s why this autumn we want to support you in that return, calmly and gently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In our Virtual Classroom, we&#039;ve prepared a very special corner for you: a space to reconnect with your practice, your breath, and yourself. It&#039;s a series of classes taught by our teacher, Sol Mir\u00e1bile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Seed Stage: Connecting with the Root<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As with any return, there&#039;s a first step: planting the intention to come back. That little seed that tells you, &quot;It&#039;s time to reconnect,&quot; without rushing and with lots of love.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In our Seed class: Connecting with the Root, we blend the gentleness of Yin with the strength of Hatha to help you regain inner stability and balance. In our Core practice: Supporting Yourself Through Change, we invite you to flow with a gentle and mindful Vinyasa, designed to activate the core and reconnect with that sense of inner support that we sometimes forget.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As you move with presence, you discover that even amidst change there is stability\u2026 and that your body can be that refuge you can always return to when everything around you is transforming.
