What does the mothers’ yoga class consist of?
In the yoga classes we work on the body, to make it strong, so that nothing hurts, and so that the body is alive and healthy. We also work on patience, humor, and love for ourselves. And we do it together, supporting and accompanying each other. Take care of yourself so you can take care of others.
