With yoga with family, we want to continue accompanying motherhood through play, body awareness and all the techniques that yoga takes us: breathing, postures, mantras, painting mandalas. gradually introducing the child into the world of yoga. Always respecting their rhythm and desire.
We will create a new space where we can communicate with the little ones and where as adults we can enjoy a moment to reconnect.
