Tricks, massages and postures for childbirth.
We work on the role of the couple as a companion.

– The workshop is held once a month, so when the couple feels like it or feels ready they can contact us and come on the next scheduled date.

Taught by Àgata Subirats, director of Mamayoga

– Àgata is a mother, doula and lactation consultant with more than 12 years of experience. In addition to directing the Mamayoga center, created by and to accompany mothers throughout their process. He will guide you in this emotional workshop.

Online or face-to-face workshop

– You can choose online or face-to-face workshop. The workshop is given at the Mamayoga center and is done simultaneously by zoom, so the online workshop is live and you can interact in the same way as if you were in person.
