This yoga course for pregnant women is designed to give you confidence, knowledge, and professional sensitivity when guiding each process.
Furthermore, upon completion, you will be added to our job placement program. The blended learning option also includes an in-person weekend at our center.
The objective of the training is that you can deepen the knowledge of this vital stage of the woman to accompany her both physically and emotionally.

You will have the opportunity to watch recorded classes on Zoom for 9 months. So you can review the content or see a class that you have not been able to attend.
In addition, you will have unlimited access to classes on our online platform (more than 40 hours of recorded content), live classes, meditations, strength and pelvic floor classes, and support groups for 9 months.
An intensive 5-day training course, in online format, with the possibility of attending Saturday and Sunday classes in person in Mamayoga.

From 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.: Hypopressive technique with Leticia Cancelo. We will learn how to do hypopressives so that we can add them to postpartum yoga classes for a good recovery of the abdomen and pelvic floor.
From 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.: Physioball with Sílvia Gallego. How to use the physioball or pilates balls in a yoga class for pregnant women.
From 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.: Practice what you have learned.
From 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.: Practice between colleagues and closure.
