Hypopressive technique with Leticia Cancelo, from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. We will learn how to do hypopressives to be able to add them to postpartum yoga classes for good recovery of the abdomen and pelvic floor.

Basic concepts in parenting (the role of the couple, free movement, respectful parenting, self-care).
Physioball with Sílvia Gallego, from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. How to apply the physioball or Pilates balls in a yoga class for pregnant women.
