Asanas and sequences: Review of the proposed postures and introduction to doing sequences.

 From 09:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.: Second trimester yoga with Àgata Subirats. Asanas and sequences: review of postures and learning to sequence.

 From 11:30h to 12:30h: Second pregnancy trimester. Physical, emotional, spiritual and energetic dimensions of women during this trimester of pregnancy; exercises, asanas, pranayamas, meditations and relaxations. How to relieve possible discomforts during this time with Àgata Subirats.

 From 12:30h to 13:00h: Pedagogy with Àgata Subirats.

 Of 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.: Anatomy with Mireia Grossman. The female pelvis, pelvic organs, support structures and pelvic floor. How to help and accompany through yoga.

 From 09:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.: Third trimester yoga with Àgata Subirats. Asanas and sequences: review of postures and learning to sequence.

 From 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.: Physioball with Sílvia Gallego. How to use the physioball or pilates balls in a yoga class for pregnant women.

 From 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.: Practice what you have learned.
