The objective of the training is that you can deepen the knowledge of this vital stage of the woman to accompany her both physically and emotionally.

Classes via Zoom in streaming at the same time as the face-to-face format, you will attend the class live as if you were in the center!

In both formats, face-to-face and online, you will have the opportunity to watch the classes recorded on Zoom for 3 weeks. so you can  review the content or see a class that you have not been able to attend.

1st trimester of pregnancy: physical, emotional, spiritual and energetic dimension of the woman in these trimesters of pregnancy; exercises, asanas, pranayamas, meditations and relaxations. How to alleviate the possible discomfort of this moment.

2nd trimester of pregnancy: physical, emotional, spiritual and energetic dimension of the woman in this trimester of pregnancy; exercises, asanas, pranayamas, meditations and relaxations. How to alleviate the possible discomfort of this moment.

Asanas and sequences with Li Lin: review of the proposed postures and introduction to doing sequences.

Physioball with Li Lin: how to apply the physioball or pilates balls in a yoga class for pregnant women.

Asanas and sequences with Li Lin. review of the postures and learn to sequence.

Childbirth preparation from yoga, resources and tools with Àgata Subirats.

The dance during pregnancy; oriental dance as a tool to unlock.

Yoga in couples with Àgata Subirats: how to accompany the pregnant woman and her partner to experience a good pregnancy and a joyous birth.

Childbirth. Physiology of childbirth, of birth. Knowledge of women's hormones; pelvis and perineum during childbirth, positions and movements. Vaginal delivery and cesarean delivery with Laia Casadevall.

Dynamics, dances and circle of women.
