We offer specific classes yoga for pregnant women that connect you with your baby and prepare you for childbirth; postpartum classes, with gentle yoga and a touch of hypopressives. Once a week we add strength and pelvic floor For pregnancy and postpartum, we connect with our physical strength to connect with our inner strength.
In addition we have our accompaniment groups, a space where you feel accompanied and supported by other women like you and guided by Àgata, we share doubts, experiences, feelings and whatever comes up!

Registration is free for new members or mothers with a second or following pregnancies that have already been part of the tribe.
Registration will cost €35 if you have been part of Mamayoga and want to sign up again.
Nope! Our classes are designed and adapted to accompany you in the different stages you are experiencing.
Most of our students start from 0, little by little and at your own pace, you will do great!

Pregnancy Yoga classes last one hour, while Postpartum Yoga classes last 50 minutes to better adapt to the rhythms of the baby. Online we also have express classes that last 20 minutes, they are great for when you have little time.
You can start when you feel like it, there is no specific time. Exercise and activity will be your great allies during pregnancy.
In our classes we do not do any posture that is harmful to you or your baby, the time to start is when you want.
Yeah! Come to class with your baby! That's the idea 🙂 We have reserved a part of the class to enjoy together. And if one day you want or can come alone you can also do it without problem. Also, remember that you have postpartum yoga and online mothers and fitness classes for everyone that you can do whenever you want from home.
Until your baby starts crawling; Then you can do yoga from home with online postpartum and mom yoga classes and fitness classes for everyone.
Nope! You can change the day and time whenever you want, for this we use a schedule management app with which you can book, cancel, and see how many students are signed up for the classes.
Clear! You can change from our rate of 5 classes per month to 9 and vice versa, but you must make it coincide with the start of a calendar month. You will not be able to change your fee in the middle of the month to increase or reduce your rate.
