At Mamayoga we have been accompanying women to take care of themselves during pregnancy for more than 10 years, both from yoga and from emotional and professional care and support.
We are a tribe, a space to share together everything that is happening to us in this emotional roller coaster stage that is pregnancy and parenting.

There are hundreds of topics that raise a thousand questions, and at Mamayoga we're here to help you discuss them.
In the groups, we'll cover all topics freely, but we'll also cover recurring topics with our professionals so you can feel guided:
In the groups, you'll meet leading professionals who will answer your questions: Cris Moe, who will lead groups on babywearing, breastfeeding, and infant sleep; Reyes Barcells, as a pediatrician; Natalia Celma with specific groups on infant nutrition; and many other professionals in pelvic floor and first aid.
Every Thursday, the new moms arrive, we grab some mats, sit on the floor, and talk. Then the magic begins: share your worries, emotions, and joys with other women who, like you, are experiencing this unique stage.
Every day is a themed workshop, with complete freedom to discuss anything that wasn't planned but comes up; and it's always included in your quota, with your tribe.
At our in-person meetings in Mamayoga, you'll find a safe space to express yourself, learn, and feel supported by professionals and expectant mothers. We meet every Thursday at our center in Gràcia, Barcelona.
If you're not in Barcelona or simply prefer the warmth of your home, our online groups bring you closer to the Mamayoga tribe from wherever you are. Connect via Zoom and feel the embrace of a real, close community that walks alongside you every step of the way on this journey called motherhood.

Motherhood doesn't end with childbirth, and at Mamayoga, we want to continue supporting you in the first months and years of parenting. In our weekly in-person groups, you can share your experiences with other mothers, answer questions, and feel supported, step by step, with all the love in the world.
Parenting can be intense, yes… but sharing it feels lighter. Our online meetings for mothers in the parenting stage are a weekly gift: a pause to reconnect with yourself, feel heard, and share with other women and professional support that embraces you, wherever you are.
Since we know that everyday life doesn't depend on schedules, in addition to our weekly meetings, you'll have access to our WhatsApp groups, where you can continue sharing, asking questions, and feeling supported. A tribe of mothers and professionals with you, 7 days a week.
