A workshop in which you will learn to treat common accidents and take care of your baby.
In this 2-hour session you will learn, in a practical and accessible way, the essential guidelines of first aid for babies from the pediatrician Reyes Balcells. A workshop designed to help you feel calmer and more confident in the face of any unforeseen event, knowing how to act calmly and effectively from home.
During the workshop we will address the choking and the basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), in addition to other important topics such as blows, burns, poisoning, foreign bodies, fever and seizures. Everything is explained step by step and with simple tools that you can apply in real-life situations.
Beyond the technical aspects, this course offers an opportunity to focus on prevention, learn to react calmly, and create a safe environment for your baby. There will also be a space for families to share questions and experiences in a supportive and respectful atmosphere.
Knowing basic first aid gives you peace of mind, knowing what to do when you need it most. You'll learn how to stay calm, perform safe maneuvers, and recognize when it's necessary to go to the emergency room.
