My name is Sigrid, I am a trainer and dietician specializing in sports nutrition.
Since I was little, sport and physical exercise have been present in my life and have been my passion.
Later I discovered that I wanted it to be my profession too, so I trained, and continue to train, to help people have a healthier, more active and energetic life.
Training at all stages of life is vital, and for pregnant and postpartum women, numerous benefits have been found for both mother and baby. Therefore, in the classes, I will guide you to perform your strength training correctly, with good technique, taking care of your pelvic floor and adapting the exercises to your stage of life.
