Iraia is a Physiotherapist specializing in pelvic floor and mother of a 5-year-old boy.
Since I finished my degree back in 2002, it was clear to me that pelvic floor rehabilitation was going to be my passion at work. I studied the specialization Master in Barcelona and since then I have been training and working in various centers in the city of Barcelona. I currently combine my work in Mamayoga with LactApp Clínic.
Being able to help other women in their pregnancy and postpartum is very enriching since the maternal experience begins with a good physical recovery. I evaluate, diagnose and treat all those dysfunctions related to the changes that a pregnancy and childbirth entail, in addition to preparing the pelvic floor for the moment of giving birth.
