I studied Physics, I did a Master's in Biophysics and a PhD in Neuroscience.
A few years ago when I finished my doctoral thesis I decided to travel alone to part of Southeast Asia and it was there where I got to know Yoga. Since then I have been practicing it daily and I can say that both Yoga and all the knowledge that I have been learning about how my brain works (through Neuroscience) have changed my life.
I have been dancing different styles of dance for more than 15 years. I trained as a certified Vinyasa and Rocket Yoga teacher. Also, I am a Yoga Nidra instructor.
To this day I continue to train. Everything enriches me and this enrichment is reflected in the classes I give.
