Baby Led Weaning Workshop

In this 2.5-hour session you will acquire the knowledge to go into practice being sure of what you are doing and, thus, be able to enjoy this stage with your baby.

– Requirements that must be met to start and safety guidelines.
– Gagging and choking.
– How to prepare food so that it is safe.
– How to build a healthy plate.
– Number of meals according to age.
– Introduction of foods, food groups and the appropriate way of presenting them (shape, texture…).
– Allergens.
– Example menu.
– Foods to avoid before the year.
