We are postpartum taught by Àgata Subirats
A workshop to relocate all those changes that are happening to us as a couple and as a family once the baby is born.
We will do yoga to reconnect with each other, and we will talk about hormones, breastfeeding, libido, changes in sexuality, the return to paid work, what is the role of the couple, how we reposition ourselves with the other children.
And we will return to the essence, that love that has created the baby.
