In this workshop we will give the main guidelines to understand how your baby's sleep works and to improve family sleep.
In this workshop we will talk about…
– Main characteristics on children's sleep from 0 to 3 years: How children's sleep is regulated, how many hours they should sleep, naps, how many awakenings are normal.
– Important decisions: What happens if I let my baby cry (according to science), where my baby can sleep, safe co-sleeping, change of room.
– Main developmental milestones of the baby and how they affect sleep.
– What to do for the family to rest better: Guidelines to improve family rest through routines that facilitate family rest and improve sleep hygiene.
