Yoga practitioner, teacher and trainer with studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine and pursuing a degree in Psychology. Lover of acrobatics, free movement and sports in general. Since 2014 yoga has been part of my routine, it is my home and many times my refuge.
I like to see how the practice of yoga helps people feel better, sometimes even generating such a strong internal change that there is no turning back.
The priority in my classes is that you feel comfortable, give your mind a break and enjoy your body. I invite you to connect with your interior, open yourself to change and feel the life that grows within you. For me it is a pleasure to accompany you on this adventure.
