I am Ana, so that you can know me a little more, I am a mother, a sports lover and from my humble experience, an apprentice of life, thanks to a path that I undertook in 2016 related to well-being and self-knowledge in the field of personal development. and self-care, where I have investigated and continue to do so day by day and it is from there that I share it.

I discovered yoga thanks to my classical ballet teacher and where through it together with meditation I began to redefine, I discovered a world of calm, balance, gaining more strength on a physical and mental level from a place where there was no demand or perfectionism. , something that had been in imbalance for some time caused by several intense years of work stress, autopilot and aimlessness working in the corporate world with great responsibility.

All of this has led me to a transformation process that has led me to my passion, where today I am an internationally certified vinyasa yoga, pregnancy and postpartum teacher and self-care reducer. I accompany body and soul to create a lifestyle of comprehensive well-being, focused on allowing you to live without stress.

So I am happy to be able to share with you all my knowledge, path, and teaching with my students from whom I learn so much daily from them.
