The importance in pregnancy and the first postpartum months of feeling active, with the ability to move, without limits in a state of full health is vital.

In Fitness Yoga from the Earth, a physical work that demands us and prepares us for the great journey of motherhood.

What is one of our Fitness Yoga classes like?

Fitness Yoga is a discipline where we work our entire body and helps us stay in shape and have our body active. It will help us integrate a healthy routine with a practice that is a little more intense than a yoga class.  

This is especially important during pregnancy and after childbirth to be in the best possible state, both mentally and physically, while taking care of yourself and your baby.

Dare to come to Fitness Yoga classes for pregnancy (Mondays at 10:30 a.m.) or Postpartum Fitness yoga with your baby (Mondays at 11:40 a.m.), guided by our teacher Leticia.
