Yoga Fit is a discipline where we work our whole body and helps us to be in shape and to have our body active. It will help us integrate a healthy routine with a practice that is a little more intense than a yoga class.
This is especially important during pregnancy and after childbirth to be in the best possible state, both mentally and physically, while taking care of yourself and your baby.
Dare to come to Yoga Fit classes for pregnancy (Monday at 10:30 a.m.) or Yoga Fit postpartum with your baby (Monday at 11:45 a.m.), guided by our teacher Leticia.
