All yoga and strength classes for pregnancy and postpartum included in a single fee
Join Mamayoga and you can combine our classes however you like during your pregnancy and postpartum period. You can book the classes you want to attend with our app and cancel up to 6 hours in advance, with complete flexibility.
Start the week with a yoga class to take care of yourself, come to the support groups on Thursday and end the day with another strength and pelvic floor class to work your body, or do a guided meditation from home in our Virtual Classroom.
Our in-person fees operate on a monthly basis:

At Mamayoga, we are fully focused on women's health and well-being throughout all stages of motherhood, especially through our in-person prenatal yoga classes, a space designed to support you closely, consciously, and respectfully during your pregnancy. We also complement this support with strength and pelvic floor classes, as well as support services during pregnancy and postpartum.
We offer classes in in-person yoga for pregnant women designed to help you connect with your baby, listen to your body, and prepare for childbirth with calm and confidence; we also have postpartum classes, with gentle yoga and a touch of hypopressive exercises that help you reconnect with yourself after childbirth. Once a week we add sessions of strength and pelvic floor, Both for pregnancy and postpartum, because strengthening your body is also a way to connect with your inner strength.
In addition we have our accompaniment groups, A space where you can feel supported and accompanied by other women who are experiencing similar moments to yours. Guided by Cris Moe and Reyes Balcells, we share doubts, experiences, feelings… and everything that needs to be heard in each meeting.

Registration is free for new members or mothers with a second or following pregnancies that have already been part of the tribe.
Registration will cost €35 if you have been part of Mamayoga and want to sign up again.
No! Our pregnancy yoga classes in Barcelona are designed and adapted to support you through the different stages of your pregnancy.
Most of our students start from 0, little by little and at your own pace, you will do great!

They cost €10, payable in cash at the center. We look forward to seeing you!
In-person Pregnancy Yoga classes last one hour, while Postpartum Yoga classes last 50 minutes to better adapt to the baby's rhythm. We also offer online express classes that last 20 minutes, perfect for when you're short on time.
You can start when you feel like it, there is no specific time. Exercise and activity will be your great allies during pregnancy.
In our prenatal yoga classes, we don't do any postures that are harmful to you or your baby. You can start whenever you want.
Yes! Come to class with your baby! That's the idea 🙂 We've reserved part of the class for you to enjoy together. And if you ever want to or can come alone, you're welcome to do so. Also, remember that we have postpartum yoga, strength, and pelvic floor classes that you can do from home whenever you like.
Until your baby starts crawling; Then you can do yoga from home with online postpartum and mom yoga classes and fitness classes for everyone.
Nope! You can change the day and time whenever you want, for this we use a schedule management app with which you can book, cancel, and see how many students are signed up for the classes.
Of course! You can switch between our plans without any problem, but you must do so at the start of a calendar month. You won't be able to change your plan mid-month to upgrade or downgrade your plan.
