You can start when you feel like it, there is no specific time. In our classes we do not do any posture that is harmful to you or your baby, the time to start is when you want.
If you want to do a full class online, you can do it from about a month after giving birth, depending of course on your desire and how you feel. To come to Mamayoga to do the face-to-face class if you have to travel, it is better to wait until after the quarantine. In any case, what you can do from the week of giving birth are the first 10 minutes of stretching in the online classes. They will be great for you!
If you have given birth by caesarean section, it is better to wait 8 weeks to start classes.
Yes! Our classes are adapted to all levels, most of our students start from scratch: little by little and at your own pace you will be great!
Pregnancy Yoga classes last one hour. While postpartum Yoga classes last 50 minutes to better adapt to the rhythms of babies. In online format we also have express classes that last 20 minutes.
Only comfortable clothes and a mat, although if you come to face-to-face classes we can leave you one for the test.
Yeah! Come to class with your baby! That's the idea 🙂 We have reserved a part of the class to enjoy together. And if one day you want or can come alone you can also do it without problem.

Clear! You can change from our rate of 5 classes per month to 9 and vice versa, but you must make it coincide with the start of a calendar month. You will not be able to change your fee in the middle of the month to increase or reduce your rate.
You can unsubscribe until the 26th of the previous month. Remember that our face-to-face fees are governed by calendar months. Write to us at info@mamayoga.es and we will process your withdrawal without any problem.
Registration is free for new members or mothers with a second or following pregnancies that have already been part of the tribe.
Registration will cost €35 if you have been part of Mamayoga and want to sign up with us again to accompany your postpartum.

Yes! All online classes are recorded and you can do them whenever you want.
We offer online classes through Zoom and the Virtual Classroom on our website.
To access classes via Zoom we will send you the links by email on the first day of each month.
To access the Virtual Classroom, we will indicate a username and password when you register with which you can access your account and see all the exclusive content.
No, to maintain confidentiality and the security space between us we do not record the accompaniment groups.

To cancel, click on the "View" button to the right of the table and then on the "Cancel" option.
If you cancel, you will lose your access to all our services, but we have been together for a long time and we want to continue by your side with our accompaniment fee, exclusively for female students.
