If you want to do a full class online, you can do it from about a month after giving birth, depending of course on your desire and how you feel. To come to Mamayoga to do the face-to-face class if you have to travel, it is better to wait until after the quarantine. In any case, what you can do from the week of giving birth are the first 10 minutes of stretching in the online classes. They will be great for you!
If you have given birth by caesarean section, it is better to wait 8 weeks to start classes.
Yes! Our classes are adapted to all levels, most of our students start from scratch: little by little and at your own pace you will be great!
Only comfortable clothes and a mat, although if you come to face-to-face classes we can leave you one for the test.
Yes! Come to class with your baby! That's the idea 🙂 We have reserved a part of the class to enjoy together. And if one day you want or can come alone you can also do it without problem. Also, remember that if you want to come to a class without babies, in our Mamayoga center you have women's yoga classes.

We offer online classes on our private Instagram profile, only for students. When you sign up, tell us your nickname and start following us on the account, so we can give you access. There you will have hundreds of recorded classes and live classes as a "live".
